COOKED MEAT AND DAIRY PRODUCTION ROOM

At Havercroft's we have a purpose built cooked meat area that is completely separated from all raw meat production. All equipment is solely for the use of this room and the hygiene controls are excellent.

All cooked meat is batch coded, temperature checked and the whole cooking and cooling process is logged.
